Terms of Agreement

(Application Service Provider, Hosting, and Web Services)

The following Agreement outlines the terms and conditions by which you (**SELLER**) and HighRiskCustomers.com, LLC, a Florida-based company located at 5175 NW 74 Ave, Miami FL 33166, agree to be bound under the following conditions:

1. You have read, understood, and accepted these terms by selecting "I Agree" during registration.
2. You have provided accurate and truthful information during registration.
3. You have submitted any required payments as specified.

Effective Date: This Agreement becomes effective once the SELLER registers and is accepted by HighRiskCustomers.com.

1. Application Hosting Services

HighRiskCustomers.com provides application hosting services, including:

Web hosting, email, and domain services.
Access to the HighRiskCustomers.com system via an authorized user login.
Secure server co-location and free technical support.

Availability: While we strive to maintain 24/7 access, HighRiskCustomers.com is not responsible for downtimes caused by external factors.

2. Service Fees and Payments

Currently, the service is FREE for SELLERS. Donations are welcome.

3. Acceptable Use

SELLERS must:

Use the services for their business operations only.
Keep their login credentials secure and confidential.
Not resell or sublicense HighRiskCustomers.com services.
Ensure content posted is legal and compliant with policies.

4. Prohibited Practices

The following actions will result in immediate service termination:

Use of services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
Sharing or publishing copyrighted materials without permission.
Disrupting network security, spamming, or engaging in hacking activities.
Storing or distributing offensive, obscene, or hate-related content.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement renews automatically unless either party provides written notice of termination 30 days in advance.

Termination Conditions:

SELLER may cancel services with a written request.
HighRiskCustomers.com may terminate services for non-compliance or breach of contract.

6. Warranties

HighRiskCustomers.com ensures that all services are delivered professionally and securely.
SELLER warrants that they are authorized to use the provided services legally.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HighRiskCustomers.com provides services on an **"as is, as available"** basis. We are not liable for:

Business interruptions or service downtimes.
Loss of data or revenue.
Actions taken by third-party service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

HighRiskCustomers.com is not responsible for:

Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.
Business losses due to fraudulent transactions.
Actions or transactions between SELLERS and their customers.

9. Indemnification

SELLERS agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighRiskCustomers.com from any legal claims arising from:

False advertising claims.
Copyright or trademark infringement.
Misuse of services.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of **Florida, USA**. Any legal disputes must be resolved in **Dade County, Florida**.
